Additionally, we have interpreted “November 2019 to Present” in this instance to mean the time period 1 November 2019 to the date of your request.

Can you please provide:

1) Any available details regarding ventilation upgrades to [House of Commons and bicameral areas in the Palace of Westminster] from November 2019 - Present, including the nature of the upgrades (that can be shared in compliance with security guidance etc.) and the names of the companies that performed said upgrades? Especially of interest are any filtration updates or changes, the introduction of HEPA units, or the implementation of technologies like Far-UVC and similar.

This information is not held by the House of Commons. There were no ventilation upgrades to these areas in the time period specified.

2) Any available metrics around CO2 levels within the HoC during that same time period

Some information is held by the House of Commons. We hold metrics of CO2 levels within the House of Commons Chamber between 2 March 2020 and the date of your request, recorded in 15 minute intervals (csv, 4MB). We do not however holds metrics of CO2 levels in other parts of the Palace of Westminster as these are not recorded by the House.
