Covid-secure measures

We are maintaining the following measures until otherwise announced, in accordance with industry best practice:

Face coverings – Face coverings are optional throughout your visit.

Hand sanitiser – Hand sanitising stations are positioned throughout public areas for you to use.

Mobile tickets – To reduce possible surface transmission, we would advise that you download your ticket to your phone or device so this can be scanned digitally.

Card payments – We are not currently accepting cash payments in the ticket office.

Cleaning – We are undertaking regular cleaning throughout the visitor route. Multimedia guide devices, headphones and guided tour headsets are cleaned immediately after use.

Please do not visit us if you have symptoms of COVID-19. Follow the guidance on the NHS website if you think you may be unwell.

Before your visit

You will receive an email before the day of your visit with information on security, accessibility, how to find us and what to bring.

If you are taking a multimedia tour, you will be provided with one of our multimedia devices. If preferred, you may bring your own headphones with a standard headphone jack (3.5mm). We also have headphones available for you to use.
