Lost Property Office
Lost property is managed by staff in the Hallkeeper's Lodge, which is situated off St Stephen's Hall. This is where lost property should be handed in and where enquiries can be made.
If you think you have lost property during your visit to Parliament you can call into the Hallkeeper's Lodge. After your visit, please call 020 7219 4626 to see if your lost items have been handed in. You will be asked to provide details of the time and date of your visit.
Hallkeeper's Lodge opening times
When Parliament is sitting:
- Monday - Thursday and sitting Fridays: 8am - 8pm
- On non-sitting days and Fridays: 8am - 6pm
