Toilets and changing facilities

There are several visitor toilets and changing facilities at UK Parliament. These include a Changing Places toilet.

Palace of Westminster

The main visitor toilets and changing facilities are next to the Jubilee Shop and Cafe. This is off Westminster Hall.

The accessible talking toilet in this area helps you navigate around the space. By waving your hand you can find the device you need.

Visitor toilets and changing facilities are also on the first floor. These are off Lower Waiting Hall and close to Central Lobby. Our team can direct you.

The extra large toilet room in this area meets the Changing Places standard. The room is three metres square and the toilet is 48 centimetres high.

A female toilet is off St Stephen's Hall but this is not step-free.

Portcullis House

In Portcullis House, visitor toilets and changing facilities are available on the first floor.
