Guest Registration

Event organisers and guest registration

Guest registration is the responsibility of the event organiser and not the responsibility of our venue or any other office in Parliament.

If too many guests arrive at your event, you will be held responsible. Please take the time to ensure that you can account for each of the guests attending your event at our venue. Late changes to guest lists are acceptable as long as you do not exceed the capacity mandated by our venue and you can account for the guests (their name, their personal contact number, their occupation, etc).

Please contact the Sales and Events Team if you are unsure about the capacities of our event spaces and the rules for you and your guests at our venue.

Our public entrances are manned by Metropolitan Police and the searchpoints into the Palace are manned by Parliamentary Security. Neither are responsible for managing guest lists or numbers.
