Gift shop and tours

House of Lords gift shop

Make the most of your trip to our venue by visiting our House of Lords Gift Shop. The gift shop is located on the Ground Floor, House of Lords, near Black Rod's Garden Entrance, off Royal Court.

Opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 11:00 to 20:00 and Friday 11:00 to 15:00.

We can also arrange to extend the opening times of the gift shop, to coincide with the finish time of your event. However, this arrangement must meet the following pre-conditions:

• a £350.00 minimum spend in the gift shop (excluding online orders)
• adequate staffing available to man the gift shop
• the extended window of time must be agreed on well in advance, between the Sales and Events Team, the Gift Shop Manager and the lead event organiser of the event being hosted at our venue.

We stock a wide range of exclusive merchandise which can be ordered in advance for your event. We can also personalise many of our gifts. Please contact the shop direct on +44 (0)20 7219 5168.  A small selection of House of Lords merchandise is available from the online Parliament gift shop.

Event tours

Event organisers can enquire directly with the event tours office
about hosting a tour for their guests. We would strongly advise
providing an event number in your enquiry to get a quicker response.
Event organisers are reminded that without an event booked in
at our venue and without relevant information such as
an event number, the enquiry may take longer to answer.
