Prime Minister's Questions
Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs) in the Commons Chamber is a ticketed event which takes place every Wednesday at 12 noon. Tickets are free of charge and are available only to UK residents, who should contact their Member of Parliament or a Member of the House of Lords.
For PMQs, advance booking is essential to be sure of entry. MPs have a limited number of tickets so requests should be made as far in advance as possible.
Overseas visitors and those without a ticket can watch PMQs if there is space in the gallery. Those queuing on the day are likely to experience a wait with no guarantee of entry to PMQs. The Visitor Assistants will be able to inform you of how long your wait is likely to be.
Entry to the public gallery is free for all visitors.
Visitors should enter via the Cromwell Green Entrance.
Occasionally, other MPs may represent the Prime Minister or the Leader of the Opposition at PMQs when either or both cannot attend.
