Emily Wilding Davison banned from Parliament
This is a letter from the Speaker of the House of Commons, James W Lowther, to the Serjeant at Arms in response to the police reports on Emily. He writes that she is 'evidently not a desirable personage to have hanging about', and she should be added to the 'Index Expungatoris', a list of names of people banned from the premises.
