Norfolk county gaol's chaplain gives evidence

Select Committees interviewed a variety of people in the course of their evidence gathering, and the Select Committee of the House of Lords to enquire into the State of the Gaols in England and Wales interviewed the chaplain of Norfolk County Gaol, the Rev. James Brown.  He gives an interesting account of the gaol from an external viewpoint.
