William Margetson's court hearing

Record of the court hearing of William Margetson, in which he fulfilled the requirements of the 1781 Act for the Relief of Insolvent Debtors.  This included submitting a schedule of his estates and effects and signing an oath.  This document also records the Clerk of the Peace making an assignment of the estate and effects lately belonging to William Margetson to his debtor, John Loder.
