Scheme to build a bridge over the river Wensum

A document listing William Herring as a subscriber to this 1820 scheme to build a bridge over the river Wensum. Herring, one of the 1821 land tax commissioners investigated by the history detectives, also became the commissioner who assisted in turning this successful scheme into an Act of Parliament.
