Letter to Lord Townshend

Letter to Lord Townshend from William Herring, one of the 1821 land tax commissioners investigated by the history detectives. In this letter he referred to the House of Commons having passed a vote of thanks to the Norfolk Yeomanry and Volunteer Company of which he was a member.
