Election leaflets

During 1918-1922 the UK was governed by a Coalition government (a Conservative dominated government led by a Liberal Prime Minister, David Lloyd George) and the Labour Party was the main opposition party. Both the Coalition and Labour Party issued leaflets aimed at women. The Coalition cited the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act as one of its achievements. The Labour Party stressed how their rival Women's Emancipation Bill would have also extended the franchise.
