All the websites listed are produced by archives or museums. They're authoritative and trustworthy and all feature original source material and support for teachers:

• The National Archives have gathered slavery-related material from their collection into one place on their website - their Abolition of Slavery portal
• A  group of museums and archives have worked together to create Understanding Slavery, a project focused on supporting teaching about slavery issues
• Anti-Slavery International has also digitised its collection of 18th and 19th century literature on the transatlantic slave trade which you can access on the website Recovered Histories
• Freedom is a key stage 3 resource from the National Maritime Museum, targeted directly at students
• The History of Parliament Trust has published a useful factsheet (181.29kb pdf) on Parliament's role in the abolition of the slave trade, including information on the key parliamentarians involved
