Evidence on the Chester and Birkenhead Railway Bill

This document records evidence that was taken by a House of Lords Private Bill Committee in 1837 in connection with a proposal to build a railway between Chester and Birkenhead.  In these committees people were able to express their opinion about such schemes and were asked for information about them.
