A: A considerable portion of what is sold at Tunbridge goes to London it is distributed thro' the other parts of London and Rochester a portion goes to London.
Q: Is there a quantity foes in Carcase?
A: Yes some of our Butchers make a regular practice of sending Sheep not Cattle but Sheep.

A: In Carts and Waggons.
Q: Would it be material that that sort of commodity should have a rapid Conveyance?
